This is the perfect time to bring out the pastels ... with Easter round the corner these powdery hues are great for this time of year. The fashion runways also featured a lot of pastels for Spring 2014 ... my personal favorite is lilac like the outfit below by Prabal Gurung. The challenge I find in using pastels is that it can appear childlike, girly or unsophisticated even ... Below are a few images of what I feel are successful use of the colors. Images via Pinterest
