We're using Plymouth Gin, Fresh Lavender, a touch of Lavender Bitters, and a splash of Creme Yvette ( a blend of —mûre, framboise, cassis, and fraise sauvage— blended with dried violet petals from Provence.) Leo & Lavender, a Fresh+Twist Original Cocktail

Leo & Lavender

2 oz Plymouth Gin

1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

3-4 Dashes of Lavender Bitters

1 barspoon Creme Yvette

In a mixing glass, Add the Plymouth Gin, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Bitters & Creme Yvette. Add ice and shake. Strain and pour mixture into a martini glass or over ice in a old fashioned glass. Fresh Lavender as a garnish. Drink & Enjoy.
