Trending Thursday: Pastels for Spring ...

This is the perfect time to bring out the pastels ... with Easter round the corner these powdery hues are great for this time of year. The fashion runways also featured a lot of pastels for Spring 2014 ... my personal favorite is lilac like the outfit below by Prabal Gurung. Trend Alert: Color of the Year ...

The much awaited color of the year is Radiant Orchid somewhere between purple and pink … the color gets a love or hate reaction. Personally I think it’s a great color for accent pieces in interiors ... girlie for sure but there is an elegance and sophistication to it. It’s a color that needs to be intentional and bold, you need to own it, so make sure you love it before you dive in until then here are some images that might inspire you.
