Travel Tuesday: Thompson Chicago ...

This week we're back to the east coast at the Thompson Hotel in Chicago ... I've lived on the east coast for almost 15 years and I still haven't visited the windy city. The British designer Tara Bernerd wanted guests to feel like " a winter's coat being lifted off your shoulders"as they walked into the hotel. The designer achieves this feeling by keeping the bedrooms spacious, embracing the city's skyline with floor to ceiling windows and using a mix palette of contemporary and vintage.
