Winter's End

Finally, the end of the week! And with it, ‘Fresh + Twist’ introduces its’ very own Happy Hour Friday, where we will showcase a new cocktail every Friday…

And as winter comes to a close, just think in 9 days, Daylight Savings ends! So set your clocks, because March 10th is “Winter’s End” and with that a cocktail aptly named.

A ‘fresh + twist’ on the Brazilian Caipirinha with Satsuma Tangerine & Rosemary crushed & shaken with Leblon Cachaca.

Winter's End

2 oz Leblon Cachaca

1/2 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

          1 Satsuma Tangerine & 1 Rosemary Sprig           

                                                                                                                                                                  

In a mixing glass, add lemon juice, simple syrup - a quartered cut Satsuma Tangerine and 1/2 sprig of rosemary leaves (the bottom part as we save the top of the sprig for garnish later). Muddle / Crush the ingredients together. Add the Leblon Cachaca. Shake. Pour into your favorite glass...Garnish with Rosemary & Enjoy!
