The Aperol Spritz ... haven't had these in a while and yet they are so simple and refreshing.
1.5 oz Aperol
2 oz of Presecco or other dry Sparkling Wine
Ice Cubes and Slice of Orange
Splash of Soda
Place ice in wine glass, pour aperol,
sparkling wine over ice, add a slight splash of soda and garnish with a
slice of orange to finish.
