Exotic Happy Hour ...


Happy Hour Friday continues...and this week it's getting wild! 
We're going outside the box, using ingredients like shiso leaf, with a mint / basil flavor, 
it's that leaf next to the sushi in Japanese restaurants.

Combining that with fresh raspberries, Vodka, & St. Germain (elderflower liquor from France) and just a touch of Chenin Blanc, a grape varietal from South Africa. 
Together, it's a little bit Africa, a little bit of the East and very much exotic!!


EASTERN CAPE
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Chenin Blanc
3/4 oz. St. Germain
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime
1/2 Simple Syrup
4-5 Raspberries
2 Shiso Leaves
